Bloomington Campus Groups
Bloomington Campus Groups meet throughout town and are open to people in every stage of life, including multi-generational groups, men's and women's groups, families with children, and empty nesters. Our groups focus on gathering together, growing in God's word, and learning how to serve the neighborhood and surrounding community.
Couples/Couples with Kids
This demographic represents the biggest segment of the Eastview family and consists of married couples and married couples with kids ages newborn to 18. These groups can also be sub-grouped in order to pair like stages (groups with kids in specific age stages).
Empty Nesters
Primarily couples with no children at home or with children away at college. They have more free time in their schedules and are active in service. The age range normally starts around 50. It is not a requirement for everyone in the group to be an Empty Nester.
Men's
There are a growing number of men’s group that vary from similar stages of life to multi-generational men’s groups. The goal is for all men to be strengthened and encouraged to live out their Jesus-following life.
Multi-Generation
“Multi-Gen” groups consist of individuals and couples from various age demographics of life. These groups approach spiritual growth through gleaning from a myriad of life experiences. It’s not uncommon to have 3-4 generations represented in these groups. Often times, mentoring and discipleship opportunities naturally emerge as a result of these groups.
Online
Online groups are quickly growing and allow us to connect regardless of where we live, our pace of life, or the situations we are in. Online groups are primarily experienced in two ways; through a zoom (video) group weekly, or through a Facebook group that provides daily interaction.
Women's
Women’s small groups are the primary place for women at Eastview to connect and grow in their Jesus-following journeys. There are a variety of women’s groups that meet throughout the week - some are based on life stage and others are multi-generational.
Young Adults
These groups meet in homes throughout the week, or as a mid-size group gathering on campus. They are designed for young adults in their 20's to connect, learn, and grow during young adulthood.
